Who Are We?
As children of immigrants, we always sought ways to support small businesses owned by immigrants in our community. However, as we grew older, we realized that we tended to stick to the businesses we had known for years, rarely exploring newer establishments. Both the South Asian community heavily relied on word-of-mouth recommendations, but there had never been a dedicated platform for discovering new businesses within our communities. Consequently, many new businesses did not receive the visibility they deserved. In order to address this issue, we embarked on a mission to create a community-based platform that would enable new businesses to market themselves, providing our users with a plethora of options to meet their needs.
Why Reet?
In Punjabi, Reet means tradition or ritual. We hope our platform will help our communities celebrate traditions and rituals by helping connect businesses with end users and host successful events.

Bringing the raunak to your Sangeet, Baraat, Wedding and/or Punjabi cultural function with folk songs, boliyan and modern songs in true desi fashion! We also provide consultation services on cultural and Sikh wedding practices, including Anand Karaj Sikhiya.

October 29, 2024 at 8:38 PMI recently had the pleasure of having Sukhmani sing boliyan at my Jaggo, and I can’t recommend her enough! My family tends to be a bit shy on the mic, so I was looking for someone who could really bring everyone together and keep the energy high. Sukhmani did just that! Her singing was beautiful, and she effortlessly included everyone, making sure no one felt left out. She also helped everything run smoothly and timed everything perfectly, which made the event even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Sukhmani and her mom did boliyaan, Suhaag , Lok Geet and Tappe at my sister's jaggo and mehndi ceremony. SUkhmani has a beautiful voice and does the singing while the mom plays the dholki live for an upbeat vibe. Its amazing how talented this duo is. They know all the songs from maiyaa, to chooda, to suhaga songs. Because of them we were able to have live boliyaa at the ladies sangeet instead of awkward silence between the aunties who didnt know the lyrics. They even came to our house to do boliyaa during our house gatherings which made the event so fun. These ladies are so talented and are very very kind people ! I highly recommend Sukh Naal Sanget for all your punjabi events.

Sukh led our joint Sangeet by not only singing ghoriyan and suhaag songs but also the traditional boliyan during the Jaggo. She engaged a large crowd with her stage presence and all our guests truly had the best time! Not only does Sukh show up on the day of the event with professionalism and charisma, she spends hours weeks in advance getting to know the bride and groom to prep a set catering to the specific needs of the family. She is meticulous and organized with her preparation and is and overall gem to work with! We felt so at ease knowing we had Sukh for our Sangeet. We highly recommend her for your upcoming events!

She has a beautiful voice and everyone who attended discussed afterwards how much enjoyed the sangeet. Sukh was professional and very easy to work with and made our Jaggo a whole interactive experience with our guests as well. So grateful to have her at our event and definitely recommend her!
