Who Are We?
As children of immigrants, we always sought ways to support small businesses owned by immigrants in our community. However, as we grew older, we realized that we tended to stick to the businesses we had known for years, rarely exploring newer establishments. Both the South Asian community heavily relied on word-of-mouth recommendations, but there had never been a dedicated platform for discovering new businesses within our communities. Consequently, many new businesses did not receive the visibility they deserved. In order to address this issue, we embarked on a mission to create a community-based platform that would enable new businesses to market themselves, providing our users with a plethora of options to meet their needs.
Why Reet?
In Punjabi, Reet means tradition or ritual. We hope our platform will help our communities celebrate traditions and rituals by helping connect businesses with end users and host successful events.

This is for you if you want to propose but don’t know where or how to start! We will take care of EVERYTHING!
Our team will schedule a 30-minute Zoom call to understand your vision and your partner’s interests. Using this information we will find a location and decor set up that is perfect for your proposal. We also take the responsibility of finding a photographer (and any other vendor you're interested in) within your budget. Lastly, we coordinate with friends and family on the day of the proposal, so all you will have to do is show up and be present with your partner.
